Who supplies the unity candles? This is something the Bride and Groom usually keep after their Wedding day as a keep sake. We found it to be a very personal and unique item that the Bride and Groom will purchase. All though we can order you a generic unity candle for an additional fee.

Will the doves be released on my wedding day? We have two doves: Romeo and Juliet. These doves are for the beauty of Hanging Gardens. The Mascots do not live in the wild like other doves. It is possible to locate homing pigeons or doves by looking through the phone book.

May my vendors arrive early? Yes, the timeline will give each vendor their setup time and exit time this is a few minutes earlier than your time you have paid for. If they require more time and you can authorize the $250.00 per hour . We call this a Custom timeline and we can rearrange the scheduled staff hours to accommodate. (This must be done prior to 60 days of wedding to allow for staffing) Please note we have a Hanging Gardens 55min prep time before your event, of cleaning, trash removal , table setup and linen replacement, center pieces, vacuuming, toxic mosquito spray and a damage report for the previous wedding/Event. Although we’ve had over 1000 weddings , over 400 events and 17 years of Hanging Garden Weddings, with the 50+ years worth of experienced staff and four licensed wedding consultants we have created a working timeline that has been very agreeable. Even our competition can’t figure out how we manage to be so efficiently organized. Because of our experienced staff and our communication with your experienced vendors, we will always make it our highest priority to have our weddings on time; but most important is seeing that the bride has a beautiful smile and that the groom will have a happy bride.

Can we have music after 10:00pm? Yes although it must be moved to the inside dance floor. All city’s have ordinances about load music after 10:00 pm. We do not wish for the D.J. and your as well as ourselves to receive a $1500.00 fine, so we can easily move the DJ inside.

I would like to drop-in on the weekend to look and show the place to _____. We would love you to come in and show your place, although it must be available for an appointment. We have events every weekend and even during the week. We show respect for all of our clients. We do stay open late during the week just for this reason. Where can I get ice? Although Hanging Gardens does provide an industrial size freezer for storing. We recommend purchasing ice at the Chevron station that is located conveniently within walking distance of our facility.
